One Year Warranty

Rest assured that your watch is backed by our 1 year warranty and has been inspected for both authenticity and operation before it is sent to you. We stand behind our watches and want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Each watch will come with a Nouveau Riche Luxe Warrant card with your Serial Number, Reference Number, and purchase date for your convenience. Store with your watch box and paperwork. We hope you love your watch as much as we do.

Warranty Details

Nouveau Riche Luxe provides a full one year warranty on all our pre-owned and like new watches. The warranty is renewable every year for a fixed fee and upon a service visit. The warranty does not cover physical damage, negligence on behalf of the user or abuse exceeding the manufactures limitations, nor regular wear and tear to the item itself. All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Nouveau Riche Luxe. Watches opened or repaired by any other source will void all warranties. Nouveau Riche Luxe will cover all parts and labor or replace the watch at our discretion within the warranty period. Third
party repairs will not be Nouveau Riche Luxe's responsibility, if you submit the wristwatch you purchased from us to the manufacture and/or an independent watchmaker or service center please do not assume that Nouveau Riche Luxe will pay the bill. Shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact Nouveau Riche Luxe to submit a warranty claim prior to shipping.
